Assistant General Counsel, Worker Classification & Compliance
The ideal candidate will be a bar admitted attorney in good standing, with employment law experience. Major duties will be to provide expertise in worker classification compliance, including but not limited to assessing and drafting compliance evaluations, client communications and consultation on contingent workforce strategies and issues, and ongoing research and writing on 1099 compliance and worker classification.
