Client Services Manager
This candidate will be responsible for managing client engagements, acting as the single point of contact to ensure high levels of customer service and ensuring positive client relationship management. This candidate will be client facing, developing and manage contracted scope of services, including addressing HR issues, implementing best practices, and driving processes and program improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in employment and labor laws, including overtime laws across multiple jurisdictions.
